Are you pet-friendly?

Do you offer free estimates?
Yes! We offer both in-person and virtual estimates. Just reach out through our Contact Page or give us a call to schedule yours.
What's included in a standard vs. deep clean?
Standard Clean covers your regular upkeep: surfaces, floors, bathrooms, and kitchen. Deep Clean goes further - inside appliances, corners, buildup, and more detailed areas. Perfect for spring cleaning or a reset.
Can I book recurring cleanings?
Yes! We offer flexible recurring plans (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) with discounted rates for regular clients.
Do you clean for special situations?
We do. From hoarding and clutter situations to post-construction, rental turnovers, and senior support-we handle it all with compassion, discretion, and care.
Do you help the community?
Yes, it's a core part of who we are. We offer free cleanings to families or individuals in need, support local organizations, and donate time to local cleanup efforts.

How do I book?
You can call, text, or book online through our website. Just head to our Booking Page, and we'll get you scheduled!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards, Cash App, and checks. Payment is due at the time of service unless arranged otherwise.
Are you insured?
Yes, Nicely Clean is fully insured for your peace of mind-and ours too.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes! We bring everything needed to get the job done, including eco-friendly, pet-safe products. If you have special preferences or products you'd like us to use, just let us know in advance.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all-whatever works best for you. Many clients provide access and go about their day. We're fully insured, respectful of your space, and always communicate clearly if anything's needed.
How long will my cleaning take?
It depends on the size of your space and the type of service. We'll give you an estimated time when booking, and we always aim to be thorough and efficient.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. Life happens-just keep us in the loop.
Do you offer one-time cleanings?
Yes! Whether it's a spring refresh, pre-event prep, or just a little help when life gets hectic, we're happy to do one-time cleanings with no commitment required.
What's the difference between Express and Same-Day Service?
Express Clean is a quick, targeted tidy-up-perfect for surprise guests or last-minute needs.
Same-Day Service means we'll squeeze you in ASAP when you're in a pinch. Limited availability, but we try our best.
